You may return any unopened item, Culture Factory USA within thirty (30) days of delivery for a full credit of the purchase price, minus shipping and handling charges (see "Returns" below).

Opened products can be returned only if items are defective. Defective items will be replaced with the same titles if available.

We can only accept returns if items are defective or shipped in error. In the case of damaged or defective items, we will make every attempt to replace the item with the same titles.

In the event of a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please return it to us following the procedures below (see "Packing and Sending Your Return"), and we will be more than happy to replace the item and/or correct the mistaken shipment. In the event that an item that you order is received with a cracked or damaged CD/jewel case, just let us know and we will be happy to mail you a replacement.

If there is a problem with your shipment that may be able to be resolved without sending back an item, please send an email to We are able to solve many problems without having you go through the effort of shipping a return back to us.


If you paid by credit/debit card or PayPal and are not exchanging merchandise, we will automatically issue a refund to the credit/debit card or PayPal account used on the original order.

Please note that we can process returns and refunds only for items purchased from Items that are returned more than thirty (30) days after delivery, are in unsellable condition, or are missing parts, will be charged a re-stocking fee at our discretion.

Please allow at least 4-6 weeks for returns to be processed.

Packing and Sending your Return

To return an item, please indicate the reason for return on the packing slip, include the packing slip with the item you are returning, wrap the package securely and ship to the address below.

How will I be refunded?
In most cases, refunds will be given in the same form as the original method of payment.

Will I be refunded for Duties, Customs, Taxes and Surcharges?
We cannot accommodate requests for refunds for Duties, Customs, Taxes and Surcharges incurred by the ordered product.
